IL RESO PER DIFETTO PUO ESSERE EFFETTUATO DAL CLIENTE ENTRO E NON OLTRE LE 48 ORE DAL RICEVIMENTO DEL PACCHETTO CONTENENTE LA MERCE.
1 - La merce prima di essere spedita verrà sottoposta ad un minuzioso controllo qualità per escludere difetti di lavorazione.
2 - I resi vengono effettuati SOLO se la merce presenta reali difetti, il team di MERLO S.A.S. vi chiederà di inviare delle foto del difetto riscontrato.
3 - La restituzione dovrà essere effettuata con il corriere indicato da MERLO S.A.S. .
4 - I rimborsi saranno processati nonappena completate la ricezione, verifica e accettazione dell’articolo reso.
Termini e condizioni :
- Il filo di sicurezza presente sugli articoli che si restituiscono non deve essere nè tagliato nè rotto.
- Ogni capo deve essere restituito comprensivo di tutti le etichette, confezioni ed accessori originali ricevuti insieme all’ordine.
- Nell’eventualità che il Cliente riceva merce difettosa, o che si verifichino errori nelle spedizioni da parte di MERLO S.A.S. , MERLO S.A.S. si riserva il diritto di richiedere prove fotografiche prima di autorizzare resi per merce difettosa.
- MERLO S.A.S. si riserva il diritto di rifiutare resi non autorizzati, spediti con corrieri diversi da quello indicato nella mail con le istruzioni al reso, o comunque non conformi a tutte le condizioni previste. In questi casi la merce verrà restituita al mittente all’indirizzo di spedizione originale.
Returns:
RETURN BY DEFAULT MAY BE PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE CONTAINING THE GOODS.
1 - Goods before shipping will be subjected to a meticulous quality control to exclude defects in workmanship .
2 - Returns are ONLY made if the merchandise has real flaws, MERLO S.A.S. team will ask you to send photos of the defect.
3 - The refund must be made with the carrier indicated by MERLO S.A.S. .
4 - Refunds will be processed nonhardly completed receipt , verification and acceptance of the article made .
Terms and conditions:
- The security thread present on items that are returned must be neither cut nor broken.
- Each item must be returned with all labels , packaging and accessories received along with the order .
- In the event that the customer receives defective goods , or that errors in shipments by MERLO S.A.S. , MERLO S.A.S. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise .
- MERLO S.A.S reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns shipped with couriers other than that indicated in the mail with instructions to return, or who does not comply with all the conditions. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender address of original shipment.
